Welcome to Kith & Kin Journeys. By booking with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
By confirming your booking with Kith & Kin Journeys, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit/payment.
- Full payment must be made before the travel date as specified in your invoice.
- Kith & Kin Journeys reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not received within the due date.
2. Pricing Policy
- All prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise specified.
- Prices are subject to change due to:
- Airline fare changes
- Government taxes
- Currency fluctuations
- Hotel rate changes
- Any increase after booking confirmation will be informed to the client.
3. Customized Travel Planning
- Kith & Kin Journeys specializes in personalized itineraries based on client preferences.
- Final itinerary will be shared after discussion and approval.
- Any changes requested after confirmation may attract additional charges.
4. Travel Documents
- Clients are responsible for:
- Valid passport
- Visa
- Travel insurance
- Required vaccination certificates (if applicable)
- Kith & Kin Journeys is not liable for denied boarding due to incomplete documentation.
5. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We are not responsible for medical expenses, loss of baggage, trip delays, or personal emergencies.
6. Changes & Amendments
- Changes after booking confirmation depend on:
- Hotel policy
- Airline policy
- Vendor availability
- Amendment charges may apply.
7. Liability
- Kith & Kin Journeys acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies).
- We are not liable for:
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Airline cancellations
- Delays beyond our control
8. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to behave responsibly during travel. Any damage caused to property or violation of local laws will be the client's responsibility.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control including: Natural calamities, War, Government Restrictions.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, cancellations involve costs from our travel partners.
1. Cancellation by Client
- 60 days or more before departure: 25% of total package cost
- 30–59 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
- Less than 30 days before departure or No Show: 100% of total package cost
- Note: Airline tickets and visa fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
2. Cancellation by Kith & Kin Journeys
In rare cases where we must cancel a trip due to unavoidable circumstances:
- Clients will receive a refund of the amount paid OR
- Option to reschedule (subject to availability)
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days.
- Refund amount depends on vendor cancellation policies.
Payment Policy
- 50% advance at the time of booking
- 50% balance 30 days before departure (or as mentioned in invoice)
- For peak season bookings, full payment may be required in advance.
